DHAKA, DECEMBER 22 — The U.S. Embassy, including the Consular Section and the American Center with the Archer K. Blood American Center Library and the EducationUSA Student Advising Center, will be closed on Sunday, December 25, 2016 and Sunday, January 1, 2017 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day respectively. Christmas and New Year’s Day are official holidays in the United States.
