The RRRC instituted a new pass system to grant access for international NGO staff working in the camps. Please see the attached instructions as needed.

NGO workers need this pass regardless of whether they have the appropriate visa. To ensure staff have access to their places of work and are not hassled by police and intelligence services. The instructions do not define “camps” but given recent detentions of internationals by RAB in Teknaf.
