International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)
The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Professional meetings reflect the participants’ professional interests and support the foreign policy goals of the United States.

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-long professional development program for people who are working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to energy and the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women’s empowerment and gender equality.

International Writing Program (IWP) Fall Residency
The International Writing Program (IWP) is a unique conduit for international literature, connecting well-established writers from around the globe, bringing international works into classrooms, introducing American writers to other cultures through reading tours, and serving as a clearinghouse for literary news and a wealth of archival and pedagogical materials.

Professional Fellows Program (PFP)
The Professional Fellows Program is a two-way global exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding, enhance leadership and professional skills, as well as build lasting, sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from foreign countries and the United States. PFP participants are placed in intensive five to six-week fellowships in non-profit organizations, private sector businesses, and government offices across the United States for an individually tailored professional development experience
