U.S. citizens and their family members attempting to depart Bangladesh should continue to work to secure a ticket on a commercial flight. Be advised that Thai Airways is requiring a health certificate and lab test showing that each passenger does not have COVID-19, issued within 72 hours prior to the date of departure, as well as proof of health insurance showing a minimum of 100,000 USD in Thailand and covering COVID-19. The U.S. Embassy cannot provide these documents.
